Is StoppageTime really free?+
Yes. The app is completely free to use. There are no subscriptions, premium tiers or hidden costs. Get your team set up, start tracking your matches and play all season without paying a penny.
What types of football can I use it for?+
Anything from 5-a-side and 7-a-side to full 11-a-side Sunday league football. The scoring and stats work across different team sizes and formats.
What if I play a different position than normal?+
That’s fine. Sunday league players often fill different roles from one week to the next. Choose the position you actually played in each match and StoppageTime applies the scoring for that role.
Do you use FPL-style scoring?+
Yes, the default uses familiar FPL-style scoring. Your team can also customise its own scoring system to make the fantasy game work exactly how you want it.
How long does it take to add match data?+
We've designed match entry to be as quick and simple as possible, so keeping your team's stats up to date doesn't become another job. It takes about one minute per match.
Do I need to be a team admin to use the app?+
No. Team admins manage the team's information and match data, while players can follow their stats, fantasy points and rankings — and captain themselves twice a season.
Can we compete against other teams?+
Yes. Your team's stats and fantasy points can roll up to club and league level, so you can compete with teammates, other teams at your club and players across your league.
How does the captain feature work?+
Every player can captain themselves twice during the season. When you're captain, your fantasy points for that match are doubled — so choose your moments wisely.
Can we share our results on social media?+
Yes. Your stats are already in the app, so there's no need to copy them into Canva. Create ready-to-share graphics for Player of the Match, fantasy rankings, results and other team achievements.
